　　Largely unchanged for more than a century, the projection of photochemical film faces an uncertain future in the digital age. The practice of handing and projecting film is in danger of being lost; and the role of film projectionist is nearing extinction. THE DYING OF THE LIGHT explores at the history and craft of motion picture presentation through the lives and stories of the last generation of career projectionists. By turns humorous and melancholic, their candid reflections on life in the booth reveal a world that has largely gone unnoticed and is now at an end. The result is a loving tribute to the art and romance of the movies-and to the unseen people who brought the light to our screens

电影中的两位主角都没什么主角光环。来自加拿大乡村的大龄老姑娘菲奥娜和流落巴黎街头无所事事的中年大叔东，一对奇妙的组合，迸发出别样的火花。但法国电影中荒诞不羁的情节的表演每每让人觉得脱离的现实，但细细一想却感慨，这不就是人生嘛。

小秘书和阿宽的感情开始是日本谈判的时候多看的那几眼，然后就覆水难收了，这很难以让观众相信啊！家里的妻子再蠢，她也是个高级白领啊，一个接一个的谎言，想碾压她的智商吗？果然还是没被打够，才时不时要心猿意马。

小时候回忆系列之【怎么跟小时候的感觉完全不一样 啊】小时候看X档案很神奇也很害怕，就是那种虽然很害怕但是还是忍不住要看下去，因为故事很离奇，情节很吸引人，但是现在看完全不是啊。。。好失望的！！！

没有看懂结尾为什么就那样了。Michael Caine真是人间珍宝，有胡子的时候英俊逼人，后面几个场景那个演技真是。。啊啊啊他怎么可以这么好！女主非常可爱，笑容尤其治愈。儿子的演员选得不错，真的挺像凯恩爷爷的呢。剧本不太懂，但我很满意。一切搞不懂的部分，都交给“毕竟是在法国嘛”来交代了，没必要去弄清楚，因为，Caine的角色明明用的英国口音，导演却坚持认为他是美国人。
